I needed help urgently as I put a hole in the pool pump pipe by accident. Doug was there in a flash. Fixed the leak in no time at all. He also cleaned up after himself. He Fixed some leaking taps that he noticed while washing his hands no trouble at all. If you ask me if I know a good plumber, I would say Shaw do. I would recommend Shaw's Plumbing & Gas without hesitation. Thanks Doug.

I am delighted to offer this review for Shaws Plumbing. Ours was a difficult problem. Not content with simply a blockage, our issue encompassed odour, texture and significant unwanted presence! Along came Fred Pope! The Pearce Brosnan of plumbers! Nothing was too difficult. His approach to our demanding problem was nothing short of refreshing. He located a number of offending ‘finless browns’ and despatched them with ease. As we offered our hearty thanks. He stood tall, picked a small amount of ‘brown’ out from under his fingernails and offered me a generous hand to shake. At this point it became clear that we’d been sent the Chris Hemsworth of the Shaws stable! My brides legs grew weak as he drove away. We could only hope and pray for another blockage soon. You gotta getta load ‘o this guy!!!

Freddy was super efficient and did a great job installing two extra down pipes on our house post a leaking roof. He came the day we called and was very efficient. I can highly recommend Shaw’s plumbing as I’ve used them for years.

We've been using Shaw's Plumbing and Gas for some time now and would recommend them to anyone.We recently bought a new home and needed help with our hot water system. Doug arrived on time, was friendly, polite, down to earth and sourced the issue almost immediately. We had a chat and were talking about our renovation plans and he suggested considering upgrading our hot water system to cater for the proposed changes.The system was also located in the entertainment and pool area and Doug suggested relocating to free up space and to increase aesthetics in our prime area of living.Thanks Doug, not only do we have a great new hot water system, your ideas were excellent and the whole area looks so much better now.Awesome job, as always!

Great service provided by Jamie at Shaw’s Plumbing. We needed our clogged drains fixed asap and they were serviced same day. Plumber came on time and solved the issue in 30mins. Lovely team.

Highly recommend Shaw's Plumbing and Gas for their work recently done on storm-water pipes, cleaning gutters and fixing a number of leaky taps and toilets. Luke's early assessment and co-ordination was first rate. Adam was exceptional, very professional, friendly and eager to fix any problems on site, as well as follow up on assessing the work already done. A great job all round and happy to recommend the team.
