Not satisfied at all. Had the 3pc satisfryer meal once and it was quite tasty. Since then I’ve been back twice to get the same meal again and both times they’ve forgotten to put the sauce on the chicken. Wow! What a difference. The chicken is dry and flavourless without that sauce. Very disappointed. To happen once I thought was an honest mistake though was frustrating enough, but the second time forgetting the sauce is beyond unacceptable especially when you charge $15 for the meal at least make sure the order is correct please guys. Unfortunately I won’t be back for another after this.

We ordered chips, a chicken sub and a side of wings. While overall it wasn’t terrible, the chips were cold and tasted like they had been left out for hours. There was little to no salt on them too. The sub was the only good part of the meal as the chicken wings were dry and cold too. It was all still edible when you’re hungry but I expected better as it usually is a good place that gives you fresh and hot food.

NEED MORE TRAINING IN ALL ASPECTS ESPECIALLY CUSTOMER SERVICE TEACH THEM TO RESPECT THE CUSTOMER AS THEY ARE YOUR JOB SECURITY AND GET THE ORDERS RIGHT THAT IS ALSO IMPORTANT
