Could not recommend this company more! We had to re-turf almost our entire lawn after having drainage put in and kept getting ignored by landscapers/told there was a 4+ month wait. The Great Lawn Co on the other hand did the job within 2 weeks of us contacting them. Everything with this job was smooth, there was amazing communication throughout and the job they have done looks incredible. Definitely recommend!

What more can you say about The Great Lawn Co (Company) which hasn't been said or written? Truly a GREAT lawn co which provides traditional, old fashion services with constant schedule reminders. I cant fault the punctuality or the cheerful, helpful & courteous sales rep & grounds crew. True to its principles, my driveway looked cleaner after the grounds crew had departed my premises. There was a wee problem in a small patch of the newly laid lawn discovered on Sat, one day after re-turfing. The Company despatched a crew to rectify the problem on the following Monday. You can't top this kind of service. The old adage rings true, you 'get what you pay'. This Company is an epitome of excellent and satisfactory service. Thank you Rob for your entire team's efforts.

The Great Lawn Company were GREAT! They were very prompt and the job was scheduled and completed in a week from first getting in contact with them. No hassles, very friendly, and I love our new synthetic lawn. I would highly recommend their business to anyone.

Save your money and go elsewhere - these guys are absolutely useless and not reliable at all.Ordered and paid for my turf to arrive on the Friday for a weekend job. When the turf didn't arrive on the Friday, I called to find that a glitch in the computer" caused my order to not arrive on time. I cancelled the order and asked for a refund as I needed the turf that weekend. 5 days later and I still have not received the refund and they seem to now be ignoring my messages and calls. Will be going to QLD Ombudsman now."

The Great Lawn Company promises a premium job and charges a premium price - but doesn’t deliver. Their salesman signed me up for 180sqm of Zosyia (Sir Walter) grass with the promise of 10cm of old soil removed and replaced with new soil. Laying of turf on day one and the second day the new tug would be laid. Day of work turf delivered within an hour of work commencing and left in the sun to die (28 degree day). Only 3cm or less of turf removed, and 3cm of soil added- so higher lawn than before creating problems. Laying of grass commenced over 5 hours later. Told best layer in qld - more bs as many large undulations in lawn when finished. Lots of other problems including damage to drains. Over a dozen rectangles of turn already turning brown on job completion after 5pm. Over $500 extra on water bill to somehow keep most of it alive. After a week asked for just over 10% to be replaced which they did - but it was actually well over 20% on life support. Told it was lack of watering by manager but there are bright green rectangles next to totally brown rectangles. When fixed turn laid over thick stems of flowering plants in a passive aggressive manner.

From quote to install it was pleasure dealing with The Great Lawn Co. They felled trees as well as laid turf at my property with a very difficult access situation (steep block, entry through fence on easement). I would not hesitate to recommend them.

Excellent and accommodsating service from Rob and his team. Very accommodating as we had some changes to make to fit in with a certain budget Rob was very accommodating in making the job work for uss. Dave and his team that arrived on the day were brilliant they did an amazing job turning what was a considerable mess as we had numerous tress removed into something of beauty. The Great Lawn Company were quite simply outstanding at every stage of the project. They showed first class customer service with prompt communication through phone call, SMS and email. Their 3 man team on site were highly skilled, friendly and provided their expert advice when they noticed something that needed attention which was greatly appreciated. They managed to dig, level and prepare the ground all around our house on day 1 and then lay the pavers, pebbles and the turf on day 2. They had the machinery to get through tight access points which was great as I feared I may have had to take down part of the fence if they couldn't get through. Thankfully it all worked out and I LOVE LOVE LOVE my brand new Empire Zoysia Turf! Thanks again Rob, Illan and the team at the Great Lawn Company!
