This course is highly beneficial as it provides me with valuable knowledge and prepares me to become a mental health first aider by utilizing ALGEE. John is an excellent instructor who is eager to share his personal experiences on how to apply ALGEE in real-life situations. He diligently checked in with each participant to ensure that everyone was on the same page during breaks, and efficiently facilitated discussions throughout the course.
