Blake and Kristina did a great job coating our Baltic Pine floors and stairs. Tough job given the soft timber and gaps - but, they delivered a very professional result. Highly recommended.

Valkyrie proved to be the best choice we could possibly have made for our flooring needs. They transformed our old baltic pine flooring to a great modern look by using clean, environmentally-friendly coatings to suit our colour choice. Their unique technology allowed us to achieve both sanding and coating in a fraction of the time normally taken with the old polyurethane approach, and allowed us to stay in our home while it was being done - none of those terrible polyurethane problems of odour and time to dry. Valkyrie also only used high quality sanders to prepare the floors for coatings. One of the large benefits Valkyrie brought to the table was a willingness to work with us to get the right colour for our floor. They did this with great patience, skill and attention to detail. They also helped us with our door thresholds and an old wooden handrail by also giving them the same coating treatment, again to the colour of our choice. Valkyrie are a first class operation that anyone contemplating a new look for their old floorboards should choose based on final finish, quality of the work, good value pricing and service-oriented, professional assistance.
