I had a truly awful experience with this strata company. They not only failed to fix a problem with my property, but their negligence resulted in a large amount of mold growing inside my living room wall. Despite repeated attempts to have them take responsibility and fix the issue, they simply ask me to wait indefinitely and showed a complete lack of concern for my well-being as the property owner. To make it worse, the strata company increased the levy again to a ridiculously high amount!! This is the worst strata company I have ever dealt with, and I strongly recommend that anyone considering doing business with them should look elsewhere. Their incompetence and disregard for their clients is simply unacceptable.

A wealth collection agency. Our building reported defects months ago. Tens of thousands of dollars has been collected in strata fees.Yet a simple door handle ( with no lock) on the garbage room door cannot be replaced which is worth maybe $100 including labourHow is this possible?

Having worked alongside the Westside team for a year now I have been consistently impressed with their communication, strategy, empathy and overall professionalism. A special mention for Rebekah Birchall, she has been fast, accurate and reliable all the way through and residents should breathe easy upon finding out she is your strata manager. Being new to the block, I have found Westside Strata Management to be very responsive and reliable, and George (our strata manager) was amazingly efficient in finding a solution to an issue for my apartment. The on-site building manager was very proactive too, and very friendly, definitely much better service compared to my previous experience. Highly recommended!

Professional, understanding, attentive - Highly recommend Westside Strata! After contacting Westside with an emergency situation, they were quick off the mark to get the issue resolved. Special shout out to Lucy who dealt with a very stressed resident (myself), and had the issue resolved within the hour, keeping me in the loop.
