What can u say... great honest service from the team at Whyatts. Disco air filter and sensor broken outside Dongara... Limped to Whyatts - they “borrowed” a part from another Disco so we could get the Exmouth whilst ordering a new part from Pertg and on the return journey to Perth fitted it, serviced the car and sorted some other issues with the car and camper trailer. Legends Whyatts!

Returning from 4wd trip of Dirk Hartog Island, and got check brake pad warning flashing. On the way home to Geraldton, called Shane at Whyatt Land Rover for the car to get looked at right away without making any prior booking. Car hoisted up and broken sensor replaced without hassles. Quick, polite and terrific service . Highly recommended.

These guys are as professional as it gets. Called up with a requirement to replace a flat battery whilst we were travelling through returning from holiday to Perth. Was greeted at the gate. Given clear direction. They checked to make sure that there was no other issues affecting the flat battery. I mentioned the vehicle was experiencing a check engine light so they checked for faults and visually identified a damaged hose. Also gave me some advice on how to manage the electrical wiring and how to improve the engines performance. Thanks Torren and Wyatt's.

We were touring WA in Discovery 5, towing a caravan, and had some major wheel alignment problems which showed up on the dashboard as Traction Reduced". The team at Whyatt's responded at short notice (come round tomorrow morning!) and diagnosed the issue and corrected it. Also fitted two new tyres (one had been stripped because of the alignment). Excellent service at a very reasonable price. Just got back to Mudgee NSW without any further mechanical issues. Many thanks again!"

In the period between Christmas and New Year, we suffered a breakdown on the NWCH north of Billabong House. Although the breakdown was less than ideal in 44+ degrees, we're thrilled that our car was taken to Shane and his team at Whyatts. Shane sets the standard for customer service that we have experienced, and certainly helped restore our passion for the brand. Shane and his team worked through their time off to get our car back on the road again. Not at our request, but because that's just how they treat their customers it seems! We have experienced some very poor customer service at LR dealerships on both sides of the country, and they could certainly benefit from taking a leaf out of Shane's book. We had a tyre related issue in Shark Bay and Shane could not have been more helpful. Excellent reputation amongst Land Rover owners for their service and although we didn’t have any service or warranty related issues, Whyatt’s were more than happy to point us in the right direction and also offered to provide a fall back plan via them if required. Highly recommended.

I had a problem with my car in Geraldton as i couldn't started i called the rac and they replace the battery but the same problem appear again. So called again and it ended up being the starter motor. The next day i had our car towed there and they find me a spot in within an hour and in a couple of our i was already on the road.Thank you so much to the all team and especially to Mitchell. He is amazing and i couldn't thank him enough.

Drove up from Perth for a weeks Birthday holiday.Booked my Pajero Exceed in for a full service whilst there and they found my rear brake rotors really needed replacing. They dropped myself and wife in town for us to sightsee around including the Museum. Vehicle was already for us to pick up 6 hours later Serviced, all fixed with new rotors and brakes. Excellent speedy service.

Amazing team, checked and improved my Disco while I was going through Geraldton. Accommodated my service ASAP, knowing that I wanted to go North asap. Every time estimation given was super accurate, highly knowledgeable and I got lots of explanations which made me feel more confident with the car. Also didn't try to sell me anything unnecessary, of all the things they found and fixed I had the choice between fixing it with them within a certain time frame or was given an alternative. Genuine and honest people. Highly recommend!!

Booked our D4 in for a scheduled service while touring WA and staying in Geraldton. Very pleased with the work done and the explanation given along with the printout of our vehicle's service history. Never had that before in the 8 years we have had this vehicle. So pleased that we booked in again to have the timing belt changed before heading back home to Victoria. Exceptional service from Shane and staff and can thoroughly recommend them.
