Impeccable service! I had Yuka as my stylist tonight and she was the sweetest and most patient stylist I have ever had. With her I feel like each single strand of my hair was taken care of. Loved it here I’ll definitely be back <3

Great services, very gentle with your hair. I had earrings on and the hair dresser suggested I take them off and she offered a little box to put them in. I always have a head spa, treatment, and cut when I go. They style your hair for you afterwards too. They provide you with tips on how to look after your hair which is helpful. Would recommend.

I have been going to Aria for over 8 years from Sydney to Brisbane and never thought about changing place until this time. Made an appointment to get to the salon on an not-busy weekday early afternoon, but due to unforeseen circumstances, I was 9 minutes late which was communicated and apologised to them. While I understand and respect completely about their policy regarding late arrival, and completely take responsibility for my part, it felt somehow very punitive when it comes to their approach. Their attitude was so rude upon my arrival, rushed me to the seat before I could catch my breath and had to tell me the 3rd time that they wouldn’t be washing my hair, which I agreed on the 1st time when they brought it up. Given this attitude, of course there was no attempt to understand properly about my haircut requirements - it turned out completely different to what I tried to tell them and I was disappointed. Not that I suggest to change your policy about how you manage people being late, I think it’s reasonable to keep your work in line, but please the attitude - people are really trying the best they could, there’s nothing we could do about when there’s sudden bad traffic with road incidents and you could’ve been nicer and more flexible because nobody was waiting afterwards either. It was just very uncomfortable throughout the whole haircut for me sitting there feeling the awkward treatment by them. I don’t think I will ever go back there given this experience, nor will I recommend them to anyone.

My hair designer was Saki and she was wonderful. Very friendly and an all-round lovely person.I forgot to take any before photos but I got about 12 inches snipped and the end product was exactly what I wanted - so light and voluminous. Also very good value for money.Definitely going back - will probably get some colour done next time.
