Vodafone Business Centre

This company is one of the worst, company I’ve ever known, they must be a very very wealthy company because they can forward to loose thousands of $$$, they don’t care if you don’t have a phone, I work in healthcare, when they are sick, then they come into a hospital saying help me help me, so we help them, but when we need help, they say no, I wasted so much time and money, they want you to send all the paperwork, then they do nothing, then they ask you to send agin and other paperwork, then they followed it up, then if one person does they think them selfs really good, to sum up, they are really really poor, I’m so glad I did not take shares in the Company,

An absolute disgrace. Dealt with a Priyanka for 2 years; accounts were suspended because they were not linked to the business account. Then i was signed up to 24 month plan during lockdown without my signature or approval. No follow up calls from the business division. They even sent debt collectors. Worst business management service every experienced.

You people at the Vodafone head office need to check your stores customer reviews more often and do something about it because your Endeavour Hills shopping Centre store is the pits. nobody answers the phone I tried 16 times in a two hour period

Met the kindest and most professional person - Joe. He is such an asset to Vodafone. I was able to get all my questions answered as a first time Vodaphone customer. Definitely a superstar with exceptional service and customer care of the highest standard. Went above and beyond. Give Joe a salary raise!

I waited for more than 2hours on phone only to be transferred from one department to other. No one knows how to actually solve a problem, i'm pretty sure more than half of the customer would just hang up the phone than bearing the torture. I hung up the phone as i couldn't take it no longer, and yet my issue is not been solved. Worst part is the customer service not having a common sense on advising the cutomer that what was i loosing. I wouldn't recommend this torture of a service to anyone.

One star as not possible to give this company a zero.Absolute waste of time and money - Attend retail store to assist with change of provider due to lack of coverage to be informed “customer service” is only available via phone. 10 days later, 6 follow up phone calls, totalling 5 hours of wasted time and immense frustration the issue still not rectified!!Numerous promises made and not delivered on. Constant holds and transfers as no-one will sort these issues out. Misleading plans and billing with hidden costs and requirements for direct debits.Products apparently “shipped & received” but never received!!Phone representatives states they will call you back and never do and then do not update case files, so back to square one.Be warned!!! I can’t recommend to stay away from this “company” enough.

I have recently come across from Optus and I am so glad I did! I had a issue with my phone the past two days where I couldn't unlock my device. I was out for breakfast in South Melbourne with friends so I just walked down to the Vodaphone Business Centre in Port Melbourne and the guys there were AMAZING! I was so impressed at the level they went to help me, make me comfortable and find a solution to my problem. Cesca in particular is just MAGIC! She went above and beyond! As I had no wifi without my phone I couldn't access apps or even google maps to get around so she wrote out directions for me to get home and into the city. Then as it was going to rain she booked me an Uber on her own personal account as she didn't want me walking in the wet. Just outstanding service! Thank you! It doesn't get better than that.
