Such a great place to get your suits altered, I really needed suits to get fitted for myself and all my groomsman in a hurry and they helped me with quick and friendly service. Really good quality in workmanship, you cant even tell its been altered. Thank you again.

Steer clear, as i should have after reading past reviews.Brought some suit pants in to be taking in for my engagement party, upon picking up the pants the day prior to my party i tried the pants on in shop to ensure the alteration was done correctly.The fit was perfect but i found the crouch zipper was no longer working, This was not a previous issue prior to the alteration as they were a brand new item which was tried on twice at home prior to the alteration and also once in the shop when taking measurements which was also done by a staff member of Tailor2Fit".I approached the desk and advised the staff member of the issue nicely and straight away he accepted no responsibility and told me it was a "Faulty zipper" and not his problem.The Staff member advised that they could replace the zipper for an extra $25 or else they were not touching it.Thanks "Tailor2Fit"

Appalling service.!!! Bad customer service and excuses every time.Wish I can give negative starsHave been to this place few times thinking I’ll give them Hole another chance after having bad experiences several times.Every time things were late and not done properly.Today was the final strike. Went to collect the suit we gave to alter. Collected the item and the man said he has done the job to perfection and no need to check we can take the items.Luckily we checked it before we leave the shop to find out nothing was done. The suit was as we left it no alterations at all…..Then said he will have it ready in 20min. Then it became an hour.No apologies or nothing and when I ask him about it the Asian man and the woman got so defensive and said they don’t want to talk to me.Well you will never have to because we won’t be visiting your business again.You need to learn yo respect people and their time. Specially when you have made a mistake.

This is my first time leaving a bad review for a business. I have had a few bad experience before but i always think about how hard it is to run and sustain a business and never leave a bad reviewThis one tops alll the bad experiences i had in the past. The reason i am writing this is hoping the business owner learn some customer service and some communication skillsWe gave our curtains for alteration at this place, they charged us around $450 for the alterations. When we put up the curtains they were not the same length. I went back today and told her the curtains are visibly uneven and NOT ONCE DID SHE OFFER TO FIX IT. She told me the curtains must have come in different lengths from the factory itself. She kept blaming everyone else but herself. I asked her “but isn’t there a chance you guys have done it wrong?” She started arguing AND then i just walked out.Also when someone posts a bad review on their page read through how they reply. Tells a lot about the business and the business owners. People leave reviews so you can improve not so you can argue.Never going back ! Goodluck anyway !

Great service! The owner works hard and was able to get my suit earlier than expected! Fit perfect and will definitely be coming back again!

I was dealing with Tony and Lee and they did a fabulous job altering my 10 button shirts to all custom fit and my 2 pants to customised fit. I am extremely happy with the end results. Tony and Lee answered all my questions and given me an expected timeframe when it was going to be finished. I have recommended my family and friends and will be coming back again for sure. Thanks again Tony and Lee for your great service.

Came here to get a dress altered but the Indian lady there was rude and had 0 customer service. She tried to rush the measurments and had no patience when it came to changing the measurments. I was waiting to be served a while and when coming to pay, she was doing her own thing until she was ready to serve me. If you are running a buisness your first priority should be the customer and from your reply back to me it is evident how your buisness deals with customers. It says a lot when you are correcting other people's words of choice rather than the issue and when your own English is poor itself. Also I do not have children, I don't know where that assumption came from but your reply to the review is simply an attack and not a resolution. I am just reporting my experience which every one has a right to and that is what reviews are for and so that it would not happen to anyone else.Thank you for your reply - it's a great representation on how you and your buisness deals with customers and their experiences.
