We had Arcus Constructions tear down an old rotted deck and replace with new joists and Trex Transcend decking with decking lights. Chris and his offsider from Arcus would be the best tradesmans we've ever used. They worked with us when the start of the job was delayed due to the pool renovators. Everytime he said he would be here from quote stage to construction he was. If not he either called or sent a message if was going to be late. Very polite and professional, always cleaned up each day after themselves. We are rapt with how the deck turned out considering the curves and multiple layers that were there originally. It has exceeded our expectations how it turned out and would highly recommend Arcus to anyone.

Rob was absolutely brilliant in the communication, responsiveness and flexibility in making our firepit and pool cover. It looks amazing and is always commented on by guests and family. Thank you!

Chris and his team did an amazing job on our pool deck. They replied to our request for a quote promptly, and communicated throughout the whole process. What I was really impressed with their focus on the ‘finish’ of the job and ensuring everything was and looked 100%. They really cared about doing the job well. HIGHLY RECOMMEND. I think it is no surprise to anyone that trying to find a carpenter in this current climate is exceptionally hard, especially one that's courteous, professional and responsive. Rob at Arcus is fantastic to liaise with, very knowledgeable and, most importantly, is an absolutely awesome craftsman. His workmanship was only the best quality and he worked in a very timely manner. So, if you're reading this, and are looking to get a deck installed. You're in luck. You don't need to read anymore reviews, or keep searching, because Rob is your guy. I had him come back three times to do other jobs around my house. As per the start of this review, highly recommend.
