Kathy and the rest of reception were wonderful to deal with and the instructor for the CPR/LVR course was both entertaining and helpful. Could not be happier.

Desperately required an apprentice, filled out the mountain of documentation they required and never received a phone call from them despite calling them multiple times and always being brushed off. Would not recommend hiring an apprentice from this organisation.

First rate training facility with extraordinary staff! We have used Electrogroup for many years and are proud of the calibre of our apprentices who have graduated from this RTO. All staff have demonstrated their professionalism, expertise and caring nature in all dealings. Special mention to Rachael who is to be commended on her outstanding efficiency. Electrogroup provide courses that are a total cash grab from hard working australian tax payers via (CSQ funding).Please explain - how the course I have done is worth $3000 and all I have done is mark assignments - which I have done in my own time outside of the course - and marked as a group in class.Not to mention 'everybody passes'.What an absolute joke and disgrace to the industry, your proceedures and processes ie tests and exams" are not for the betterment of the industry.Limited equiptment - there was only one board everyone in the class had to take turns of using.Pretty obviously paid Shillers for Master Electricians and Estilec.I have also heard reliable reports from others that teachers have left in the past because of the poor general level of care from this RTO. Best not name names hey.Piss poor/10."
