Engaged their service when our Brivis evaporative cooler (which we bought from them) developed a loud whirring noise. The noise only happens when the water pump is on leading me to think it might be the pump on its way out (was not sure as I'm no expert). Explained all of this in my initial call to them. Guy came out, performed a service. Cooler didn't make the noise while he was present - charged me $260 and he left. Noise returned 15 minutes after he left. Now they want to impose fresh set of charges for another visit. Fair enough if I have to pay for parts but to be charged another set of service fees for something they did not address the first time is poor form. I feel this company takes no responsibility, why should they, they've got your money - its all on you.

Recently engaged in this business to repair our Daikin ducted heating and cooling system that would not heat up the house. I will say that they were accommodating at first to slot me in to repair the heater but that was the beginning of a very unprofessional outcome and I would NOT RECOMMEND this business at all. After 4 call out visits to be hit with a $2,000 bill in which I was forced to pay for a repair that was not completed. The Technician was scratching his head and constantly talking to Daikin Technical Support in Sydney to find a resolution but could not find the answer to the problem. Based on their knowledge and expertise I was advised that no parts where available for our unit but after calling Daikin in Sydney myself I was advise all parts were available. Appointed another Heating company that managed to repair our heater within 2hrs for a $100.00 part that was replaced and repaired in a timely manner.

I was pleasantly surprised by the whole of experience of having the Airconditioning and Heating Centre install our new ducted system. Elliott was very thorough during the quotation process, and his installation team not only knew what they were doing, but they were a pleasure to deal with. Our job was installed ahead of schedule and the job was completed earlier than expected with all items being installed as quoted the first time. Well done to all involved.

From the initial email query to the invoice this job was seamless.A small 7 outlet zoned 12kw Daikin system was installed. The boys were fun , fabulous and very professional. They cleaned as they went and were flexible and obliging. They removed 2 split AC's and even arranged a plasterer painter to quote on the internal patching where these had been.Very smart finish and we cant believe the luxury we now have in the house. Thankyou Elliot and the team at AC&H Centre-the legend continues.
