The man who helped us today was very knowledgeable. We went in to buy a camera. He was obviously into photography and explained the differences between some of the Canon cameras and lenses. Also set us up with an appropriate SD card and camera bag. As a bundle he gave us a discount of about $40. Even though we spent over $900 the discount was appreciated. I'd recommend this JB for attention to detail, helpfulness and product knowledge of staff.

The staff are amazing! I was so well looked after by Rachel and Mahalia. Lovely ladies and amazing service. I will never walk into a phone store again now that I know how knowledgeable and willing to help the staff at Bathurst are.

oh well I did a hundred kilometre trip to buy the Galaxy watch 4 lte because it was on sale only to find it came off sale yesterday. I asked if they could still sell it for the sale price, the sheila gave a straight out no, didn't even offer a best price they could do it for. I would have thought that a $447 sale would have been better than a no sale. I'll look elsewhere for the sale. Another time I went there to buy speakers their system said they had 5 pairs in stock but couldn't find one pair, another sale lost. Disappointing.
