Excuse me, document is outdated since 2018. No wonder I'm having trouble getting my parcels cos your shop hours are wrong!!

When we miss our parcels because we are not home, it generally means we work 9-5. How does opening only during the time we are not available help anyone? I even left work early to be able to get to the post office at 4:50 only to find a locked door while the staff member inside said they are closed for the day and that she wasn't able to give me the parcel 9am the next day. I then went at 9am the next day only to find that they weren't open. Only at 9:40 did someone arrive to open the door and give me my parcel. Everyone would benefit if this place went out of business and the work was handled by any other post office
