Fix Auto Sunshine

They did great work. Someone reversed into my car and the crew did a fantastic job to repair the damage. The car looks great; better than I had expected. Customer service was excellent. Highly recommended. Thank you!

The staff is friendly however the quality of work is appalling.After my car was initially fixed, I immediately noticed 2 issues:1. The passenger door mirror glass almost fell off while driving on the high way. It was flickering so much that it made it very dangerous driving on the road.2. The passenger door won't open from the inside and doesn't respond to the central locking system.After I've contacted Fix Auto, they have fixed the above issue. However now that the passenger door window doesn't work as it would only go down, but not up, and won't respond to the central electrical system.Therefore I now have a car with a passenger window down and unable to drive to work or any other locations. I can't get groceries as I can't park the car outside. It's currently stuck in the garage. I can't drive to work so have to take public transport with lots of bus replacements which is extremely frustrating.Due to my location I really can't afford to take it back for another repair and take extra time off work. The time and money it would cost to take it back and forth is really not worth it. And now I'm questioning if there are any other issues they might have overlooked that I'm currently not aware of. I don't know how this repair work passed their quality assessment check.I will have to contact my own local mechanic to fix the issue out of my own expense.Although the staff is friendly, their quality of work is very unsatisfactory.I personally would not recommend them to anyone.

My car was taken here under my insurance after an accident. Front end was mildly damaged cosmetically. From the time the car was received in the yard I was notified and given a estimated time frame of completion. Had to call the business in the final week to organise collection etc as I had a hire car from elsewhere. They always had time to answer my questions and transparent. Nothing hidden when giving me information.Rosie on the service desk was FANTASTIC, after multiple phone calls and questions she still had the same level of care through out the process.The car looks brand new and I couldn't be happier. I would definitely use this service personally in the future.

They are very honest. Nothing’s impossible with Sam. Also very good customer service by Rosie in the reception. Great staff, great work, happy with the results.

This shop had my car for 35 days to fix 2 parts in the car. Couldn’t even bother to wash it after itAbsolutley rubbish. Never again

I had my car repaired at this place a few months ago. I wanted to wait before posting a review in case something went wrong. Put simply, nothing went wrong.My initial impressions of these guys were good. They were polite on the phone and also in person. The workshop and office were clean and tidy too.The damage to my car was quite significant after my accident so I thought it would take a long time to fix. The staff told me it would take less than two weeks and sure enough my car was cleaned and ready to pick up just after one week and a bit. I was so happy with it! I showed my car to my mechanic and even he was surprised how good a job they did.Thank you guys and girl for being so easy to deal with and for getting my car fixed so quickly with no fuss whatsoever. If I know anyone who needs a repairer I'll send them your way for sure.

Excellent repairers as I had my car rear ended in a smash, It was sent to the Depo then it was shipped over to Fix Auto Sunshine in which it was repaired perfectly to it's original part, looked like it hasn't even been in any accident thanks to these guys. They even cleaned it up and detailed it in which it looked full brand new, the process was easy and communication between them was simple thank you very much. I even got my car back 2 weeks before the due date in which I was wrapped and surprised. Thank you

Great, honest and friendly service from the initial phone call query, to the moment I drove my Hybrid out of their driveway. Repairs were completed ahead of time and my car, which is less than a year old, looks as brand new as the day I got it. They even helped in dealing with the insurance, making the entire process less stressful and quite easy. . .

Quite possibly the best collision repair centre you could ask for when you have an accident, Paul and his team are a fantastic company to be serviced by!They were thorough, detailed, honest, the repairs came up better than I could have expected, I received my car 2 weeks early, and when they knew that my accessories would be better replaced by professionals in those fields they completely handled everything for me!If your insurer uses these guys I wouldn’t go anywhere else!
