Counter girl was friendly and did her best, however another young girl who I assume was the store manager at the time was rude and disrespectful. Thankfully I have choices and will simply never visit this store again.I now drive to the Albany Creek store as the staff are always friendly and polite. It takes me an extra 10mins but it’s well worth the time.

I came in here to feed myself and my 2 children as a treat and after we received our food the manager came out and informed us that they had made the burgers incorrectly. He said they were making us the correct ones and we could keep the ones we already had. Excellent, polite service, hot fresh food, Very friendly and welcoming. Do recommend. Will be back.

After a door dash rider brought the wrong order to my house, I called the store and Chris went out of his way to ensure that the order was made again and out to me promptly. Really appreciated the service.

Food was overpriced for the quality and quantity. The service was prompt and friendly. Fast food restaurants typically don't have an atmosphere.

After a big night of shopping and rude people everywhere at Chermside the last thing we wanted was a long wait for food or anymore bad service, we came here to Arana Reds and ordered our dinner. We’re absolutely pleased with our service from Josh, he was super polite and great at his job, he was just a breath of fresh air! Thanks so much mate! Also the food was great, thanks for the suggestion of the cheesy nuggs Josh, they were fresh and delish. We ordered within 1/2 hour of your closing time but we still received great service with a smile and attentiveness.

I ordered online to pickup from drive through, and it did not satisfy me. I ordered small onion rings that showed 7 onion rings (that are visible) on the photos. Only received 5 onion rings that tasted like McCain store bought ones, plus they were really tiny. Hungry Jacks have 8 big and juicy onion rings for the same price, definitely going there next time.
