Amazing service, friendly and informative staff.My car wasn't meant to be booked in until 10am for a set of new Tyres and wheel balance, Simon told me that I could drop it off earlier if needed. So I dropped off my car before work at about 7:30am.Heard back from Simon and the team just after 10am to let me know that my car was ready.Will definitely be back and will refer friends and family.Thanks Simon & Team.

Completely agree with all the positive reviews. Friendly, efficient. I can't speak for price, I don't tend to shop around (although I think I first used them when they had a special offer on) but I love good customer service. Took my car in as I had a screw in one tyre, less than 15 minutes later I had a free repair (apparently first puncture repair is free) and wheels rotated and balanced as part of their free customer care package! Wouldn't go anywhere else.

Great service at no charge provided to ensure safety on a weekend when I took my car in with a damaged tyre.A tyre was provided to enable me to drive until I could get a replacement.Thank you for your service.

The service is smooth and straightforward. Wane and his team was very helpful. Overall, I would recommend bridgestone moonah for really good deals.

Disappointing from start to finish. My head gasket service took 37 days - negatively impacting my personal life and professional livelihood not having my vehicle. Not much of an apology was offered. After taking the vehicle home discovered a NEW significant oil leak - they damaged the sump during the service. When I took the car back to them, I was told it would be “maybe two weeks” before they could fix THEIR mistake. Again no real apology. This was over the Xmas break, but instead of assuring me my vehicle was at least a priority, the manager actually told me it wasn’t because “customers would be disappointed if he postponed their new service requests.” Un-freaking-believable. IMO finish a job before you start a new one. And both times I picked my recently detailed car up, it smelled like cigarette smoke. The worst experience I’ve EVER had with a vehicle repair.

I had a great experience with Bridgestone Moonah. They were able to accommodate my needs and go the extra mile. Outstanding customer service, polite and friendly staff, and quick turnaround time considering staff numbers on a Saturday.
