i enjoyed walking in to an unwelcoming and threatening lady accusing me of stealing. if i wasn’t on busy schedule I wouldn’t have wasted money here. very disrespectful.

Never going back. After 2 half years of doing my own hair I went to this store hoping it was make the difference in Adelaide. My hair was interlocked full head after never being interlocked and this made the front break even more. I basically paid $275 for my locks to be messed up. So I give 3 stars because I don’t think they understood how to care for my hair texture.1 for customer service that was good1 for giving me a drink while doing my hair1 for washing my hair wellMy missing stars would be for the over pricing as my hair was not even styled.The damage caused by the interlockingThe time it took to do my hair. I was there all day and that never happens when I do my hair somewhere else.

I have been to this salon few times to get my cornrows done which the owner keeps undoing and redoing as she cannot get it right. When it comes to washing and blow dry she is really good at it. Why I don’t recommend.1. Owner is not straight up with the price and will tell you a different price on the phone but once she has started your hair or at the end, she gives a ridiculous amount. Makes sure you’ll feel embarrassed not to pay as other customers will be there. You end up paying.2. Owner will book you in but she will have you wait even 2 hrs as she double books. She is not truthful about bookings.2. Gossips about other clients. ESP talks about her country people saying how they are “cheap”. I find this unprofessional3. In reading other reviews, the owner is rude and will most likely attack my comment. Not sure why she can’t respond professionally and take positive criticism. Also Not sure why business still operates because she is very rude and she find her aResponse.I did expect the response Sunday and I have been to your salon many times. You have a barber shop in your salon too so I know what am talking about. You discuss Kenyans all the time and overcharge people who don’t hear you gossiping in swahili. Kindly work on your service. Do not go back and forth with customers. Thank you.

1. Staff honest (i.e transparent if any time changes required ) and making client feel comfortable when arrived at shop.2. Gives good hairstyle suggestions which best suit with client head.3. Versatile and consistant in doing different good hairstyles.Note: shop gets a bit busy need to book in advance and come in early on the day.

Very unprofessional i was booked in at 2 they got to me at 3.30. I got shoulder length box braids was done 5.30 i was told $50 per hr, purchased 2 hair products for the price of $50 and they charged me $240. So I was over charged, they were hr half late, braids not well done and owner of shop throwing objects around. I'd never go back.Your response is a testament to your serviceFor you don't take responsibility for your service and actions and my review has nothing to do with your culture. Did not provide what I asked for. My head is aching because it’s so tight and will damage my natural hair. Braids are thicker and heavier that I asked for. I’ve been coming here for a while and this was my worst experience yet. They knew exactly what I wanted because I’ve had it done before and did not provide. Still made me pay full price for braids I will be removing immediately due to pain. Unacceptable.Then sent me a personal message having a go at me after seeing this review. Very unprofessional.
