A bunch of scammers farming personal information. A property had been advertised for two weeks to lure applicants in. The ad was then removed and reposted for 25% more than the original.

I was at the inspection of a Broadbeach apartment listed for $400pw. Days later the ad was replaced by a new ad for $500pw. Did you think no one could recognise it was the same flat? Why waste everybody's time!
