A man took some bloods and he was on his phone- didn’t say hello or any words absolutely silent. It was so strange I was quite taken back by his behaviour he was unwelcoming and rude as if it was such a problem to do his job ? - the lady at the front desk was lovely though.

Took my husband to have some blood test on 11/10/2022. Arrived said good morning, the younger nurse responded with good morning and the older nurse had this sour look on her face and did not respond to us at all. When we were finished, I said thank you and she just called the next patient and didn’t respond again. How rude and nasty she was even when asking for what healthcare card he had. This was utterly disgusting behaviour from a nurse who is supposed to be caring for a human. If she’s going to be rude to patients who are vulnerable, she should be doing some other job. YOU WERE A VERY RUDE AND NASTY NURSE!!!
