The only gym I’ve joined and stuck with it Due to the friendly staff everyone of them, great equipment and a nice environment, never too busy and no big muscle heads or dolly birds walking around very comfortable inviting place glad to be a member

You can do everything there gym swim and classes both land and water. You can also use pools anytime open to public!

The gym is very well equipped . Staff and instructors are very friendly and helpful . I also do the squad training , Gary , is helpful , and very friendly . He is also an excellent coach . Really happy since I joined

This gym is located in the massive Sleeman Sports complex next to the Velodrome. Note: It will move to a different location during March due to a large competition. Anyway, its a nice local gym, always nicely air-conditioned, very friendly staff. Good selection of machines and equipment. There are restrooms and showers at the premises. Casual entries available! Large carpark at the front. Pigeonholes for valuables. Bring your own water, the water fountain doesn’t seem to be very reliable. They do have a babysitting service available for members but its a bit inconvenient as its in a different building several hundreds of metres away (next to swimming pool). I like this gym as it has a nice casual atmosphere, is never empty or too crowded and attracts a lovely not too serious or casual crowd.
