The ladies here are fabulous. They're quick and efficient while doing a fabulous job. I've been in for SNS, shellac, and nail repairs and always leave content. Like any place you have to respect that they can be juggling multiple clients but that doesn't mean they will not do their best. They are my go to place in Collingwood.

This is quite possibly one of the worst salons I have been to, and they have absolutely destroyed my natural nail.I had informed them I needed to be out by a certain time. They were 15 minutes late, then told me it would be an additional 15 minutes to add the chrome polish. They ended up being 30 minutes over when I needed to be out by. This was due to the manager not meeting expectations.The person who did my nails was so rough, it was almost as if she forgot a human was attached to the hands she was working on. Multiple times she yanked my hands.I had also had a broken natural nail which needed fixing but she kept forgetting and filing it down and damaging it further.At one point I had three workers on my hands to get me out at the time they said which was uncomfortable.16 hours later, the next day, the nail which was on the finger which needed the most care, snapped right off, an hour before the event these were meant to be for. Throughout the next week 4 other nails snapped, causing the natural nails underneath to bleed.I will never be going there again.

Honestly the best nail salon for pedicures and they know how to treat all kinds of toes. Very efficient work and kind service ☺️

My go-to for shellac mani & pedi for nearly two years now. They’re efficient, inexpensive and consistent. Kim does the most thorough job cleaning my nails and is so sweet ☺️ The salon is kept clean & its massage chairs are a plus!

I love the girls from here, all of them work super good and efficient.I get my nails done here every 15-20 days I usually do sns + manicure it’s only $ 55 AUD.They get very busy and probably will be having two persons doing the nails but they get done good and fast.If something goes wrong you can come back and they fix it no price charge.

Disappointing. I loved the colour and everyone was nice. However, I had three different people doing my nails. It took a very long time for a manicure, and by the end my nails were very short (to the point it actually feels uncomfortable). They were also not the shape I asked for. Still got charged full price.

Update *** they did call me and text, and offered to grind them down and make them thinner. They said they make them thicker so that they will last longer. (That’s not been my personal experience, if anything the thicker they are the more likely they are to chip off). I don’t believe I have the time to go back and get them fixed but I appreciate them reaching out.**The employees were not friendly. The sns manicure I received is extremely thick. And not clean whatsoever. Extra paint all over.The employees were openly laughing at a customer who was nodding off during their manicure.I will not be back.

I hate to be the sort of person who does this, but I paid for a manicure and pedicure on Saturday, and five out of ten nails have already peeled off by today (it’s Monday). I wasn’t the biggest fan of the nails to begin with - they were filed super short and they applied way too many layers of shellac so that both my toenails and my fingernails ended up uneven - but I would’ve been fine with all of that if only they lasted longer than three days. Overall, I won’t be returning.

I’ve been here a few times now, they’ve always been consistent and the gel lasts 4 weeks without chipping!
