Geoff is a star. I love how he takes initiative in helping me work through unexpected situations, takes on any challenges as nothing is ever too big -- which goes to show how well-versed and experienced he is. He is also very open to breaking things down to explain it clearly and in very simple terms. I recently learnt he lives extremely far away from the office, but still makes that commitment to tailor the service well to the client e.g. working before/after regular trading hours. He has a lovely heart as well!
