Experiencing many problems with the Silensor pool pump and they are not being very assisting in getting this fixed under warranty.We have had many of their Service Providers" look at the pump

Nice product, crappy post sales service. I rang listed dealers to ask about a warranty claim with my pool pump not creating a vacuum. They fobbed me off to Davey at Pinkenba ( the manufacturer I was told).I was diverted twice to Melbourne as no staff was available. Melbourne emailed the support person at Pinkenba, who was quite unhelpful and told me to disconnect the pump and bring to him. I explained that I am not comfortable disconnecting something worth around $1,500 that was installed by a plumber.During all my conversations with various levels, no-one advised me to simply add some water to the pump basket to fill the pipes going to the pool skimmer box. My brother in law advised that and it worked.Surely the repair centre could have advised me that and saved me a heap of stress as I was ready to purchase a replacement pump.

I would like to thank John at Davey water products Brisbane for helping sort out an issue with a Davey Chlorinator which I purchased from a North Lakes Pool shop. I originally purchased a Davey as I support Australian made. The Pool shop advised me they can not repair my unit and a new one was the only option. Not happy with this answer I called Davey and was put through to John who sorted me out with in 24 hours. Great service many thanks.

worst Australian company to deal with . shocking delivery times even when told in stock item still not dispatched 2 weeks later and shocking customer service.
