We used Simon for our previous design for our renovations in Balwyn North, we were happy with his service, that was 12 years ago, we again used Simon for our Black Rock, project and the change in his behaviour and work ethics were weird and disturbing, he constantly became aggressive and abusive, kept making errors which required corrections, and if we wanted any changes he kept demanding that his way was the only way , he made our project and renovation so difficult, if he sent us a part account, and if it was not paid immediately he became extremely demanding.We had a terrible experience with his company this time and would not recommend his company to anyone anymore, which previously we had recommended him to many clients , never again, you should never abuse or insult your client.

DWC looked after the plans for our extension and large rear balcony.We found Simon to be very knowledgable, he has a very detailed knowledge of the planning laws and was able get the balcony passed by council when 2 architects had told us we would not be allowed to build it because they would not be able to get it passed by the council. Simon contributed some great ideas to the design, was always very helpful and reasonably priced. I would recommend DWC to anyone who is embarking on a building project.
