Called one day - fixed the next! The tech had to improvise to fix the door as the fittings were not available. Sliding door is as good as new again....even better!

On Sunday I had a break in at my property in Gunn, thank goodness for the yellow pages because when I googled you guys didn’t come up but another company recommended you. Ricki your professionalism over the phone was calming and responsive, thanks for your help and doing a great job.

Got someone out to quote said it was a big job and would cost $400-500 remove doors and put new rollers etc. When they did come the guy was obviously good because he was in and out in 45 min, didn't change any rollers or remove doors and it cost just under $300. For 45 min work. I emailed them and expressed my disappoint and they never even bothered to respond. Would never use or recommend them again.

Unbelievably slow to complete works they were subcontracted to do. Workmanship ok when eventually on site and working. Difficult to determine if it was due to management or staff as owner was away for part of the delayed time. The head contractor said they were still better than the alternative suppliers so can only imagine how bad the others must be.

Friendly but so unhappy with the outcome. It was a series of mistakes after mistakes after mistakes and in the end it was not at all what I had hoped for, they justified their mistake by saying it was the only thing available, complete BS because I had 2 other business tell me otherwise. They offered to fix it but it would most likely be at my own cost and didn’t even offer a discount. And it turns out the parts they used were substandard didn’t last 4 months.I’ve spent more money than I should fixing their mistakes but I would rather give it to some one else.

Efficient, professional, courteous: a lovely job done by two young chaps who obviously got along well and provided excellent service, including cleaning up. Thoroughly recommend.

Called to arrange for the glass in an A&L window to be replaced. Asked for a quote and was told by the person I spoke with the the accounts department handles that side of things. Didn't expect the job to be too expensive for a 400mm x 600mm pane. The job was done and then I was sent an invoice 3 days later for $400+ which was a total shock. What really annoyed me was the way I was spoken to when I called to ask about this and was told that I got a good rate as it was. The funny thing is that I was charged for clean up and disposal of the broken glass when I did the clean up and disposal of the broken glass (yes, they charged me for the work that I did). I guess there is a valuable lesson learned here. You know what they say; word gets around.
