Mary in Paint was amazing, I drove 1.5hrs from Central Coast NSW to grab some paint that was not available anywhere else and Mary made sure they kept it aside and even went thru a million boxes out back to find some more for me!

Went to get a few supplies for painting my car. Alex was super knowledgeable and helpful in explaining all the things I would need to do the job. Dennis was the one who meticulously mixed the paint for me and provided his advice on the job as well. Very happy with the service. Kudos to the team.

An Atrocious experience!Bought steering wheel cover and carseat cover with the hope of it being installled on the day just as I had it done previously couple of years ago. The sales person said they never install car seat covers at this store and proceeded to let the manager know of my request.Female store manager did not seem to be impressed with my request, made me wait before she comes out with a distinterested body gesture as we walked to my car. She puts on the steering wheel cover then tells me to come on Saturday as there will be someone else who can do the seat cover installation, apparently 4pm was too late for her to do it herself. The entire time she made zero eye contact. Well I returned to the store yesterday only to be told by this other store manager that he wasn't trained in installing seat covers and that I should drive to Supercheap store in Chullora where they can do the installation. Why on earth would i drive all the way to Chullora when I only live in the next street from the Wentworthville store?? I returned the seat cover and was happy drive to seven hills to buy seatcovers from another business and get it installed on the day without any dramas.This has been my local Supercheap store for more than 20 years and the experience was just so disappointing with staff not being helpful, disinterested in their work and zero customer cares skills.These kind of staff really cost businesses money who have no pride in their work.

This Super Cheap Auto is very good, staff were helpful and very accommodating when my small boy tried to leave the shop.We were looking for window shades for my boy, so he didn't have the sun in his eyes while we were driving. The guy who served us was helpful and on the ball.We found the shades and he fitted them as well. First lot were to small and he wentand found the correct ones for us that fitted perfectly.I will go back again for anything to do with my car.Try this place out and you should be treated with help and respect.If this review helped you please tick the like button, thanks alot...

Christina at the counter was great! Big smile and offer of assistance as soon as I walked in. Customer service 101, this is exactly what you need in a retail store!

An store have no respect for customers.Today I visited super cheap Wentworth ville nsw.I waited for 20min. and there were two more gentlemen waiting before me one of them was waiting for 40min.All of us draw their attention but answer was ,wait,no body serve us finally the gentleman who was waiting since last 40min. gave up and argued with one of staff member sadly there were no consideration for us.Question is it is Sunday why don’t they hire more staff? If super cheap is saving wages by cutting services then my advice is shut down this time wasting store and save all wages.I recommend that instead visiting wentworthville super cheap people should do their shopping from super cheap 2-Windsor red.They have excellent service,I spent hardly 10 minutes good staff serve mefast and in a highly professional mannersNever again super cheap Wentworthville

Had the worst customer service experience here!! I asked assistance from this guy named Verlin regarding something I wanted to buy. He didn’t have a friendly face and wasn’t interested at all in helping - instead he directed me to pick-up and find all the individual items myself for the kit I was after. Found out later from another guy that the kit I was after was already pre-packed. I told Verlin about it and he wasn’t even apologetic at all!! He was even smug… If you ever visit this store, don’t ask assistance from this guy as he wasn’t helpful. The other staff were ok though.

would have given 5 stars if someone could have helped me with exact item I needed, spending more money on my purchase.
