Trevor was Fantastic. Always very helpful. Being able to go to the storage unit when i needed day or night was simple and easy. Would definitely recommend to anyone needing to store anything!

Prices have gone up for absolutely no reason - nothing has changed, no improvements made. Our trailer was actually broken into and equipment from our car trailer was stolen while it was at this storage facility and no action was taken at all. Would never recommend. You will be worse off for leaving your goods here - if something gets stolen they won't even help.Any 5 star reviews are from when it was storit self storage - not storage king. It used to be good, but has gone downhill since it was sold to storage king.

Trevor the manager helped me work out exactly what size unit I needed. The also sell boxes and packing supplies, which saved me running around to lots of different places. The facility is very clean and is close to my home in Rouse Hill.
