I ordered some scarves from Divinity collection and they are perfectly upto my standard, the fabric quality, scarf length, soft adjustable inner cap, prompt delivery, excellent customer service.I will consider it for my future shoping too and I will recommend my other friends to shop from them too.

I walked into your merrylands store yesterday and I was greeted by a lovely girl by the name of Sabah. She assisted us every step of the way, and made sure that she was by our side helping my mum and I with picking the clothes. She gave us awesome tips on what clothes to wear, she actually spoke about the clothes in your shop in such a manner that will i'm sure will get everyone buying. I just wanted to thank you for employing such a beautiful young girl with amazing manners in your store. She is the reason why my mum and I will make it our mission to become regular customers at your shop.

Appalling quality and even worse customer service.I ordered online and received the hijabs in this quality (see attached photos) and requested a return and refund which they apparently do not do due to hygiene reasons". They said that I could simply trim the excess threads. They offered store credit but i do not want to buy anything else from this store with such cheap quality.Tags are still on and in original packaging and when I informed the business owner of their breach of under section 54 of the Australian Consumer Law for refusing to refund a defective item they did not care.Looking at other people's reviews I can see that they had similar experiences and I have since escalated this matter."

I ordered products online, had fantastic turn around time recived my order only to find one scarf wasn't packed in my order. I've contacted via email link on their website several times still no response to my email.
