Animal Referral Hospital Wollongong - Pet Emergency

I am so impressed at the professionalism at Animal Referral Hospital Wollongong (Fairy Meadow). I rang up after my dog (Rufus) ate a large amount of bread dough and was given excellent and professional advice over the phone to bring him in immediately. I was given clear instructions and gave Rufus to the incredible women who greeted us when we arrived. I am so grateful to all of the women who I met tonight. Rufus was handled with the best of care and incredibly quickly. He was fine in under half an hour. Thank you!!!!!!

It's great to have access to an emergency animal hospital in the Illawarra, vet Hanna and the staff took great care of my very ill cat Giselle. Despite Giselle not pulling through, the compassion and professionalism of the staff was outstanding. She couldn't have been in better hands, thank you Hanna and ARH staff

We cannot thank the vets and staff enough. Our almost 8yo Rabbit was very sick with a stomach infection. The service and care the facility showed was absolutely amazing. Quick to diagnose the issue, administer medication and kept us in the loop. He is now on the road to recovery and almost back to his cheeky self when things didn't look so positive. Thank you again for the care and support you showed to Murray and ourselves.

When calling with an emergency we got told that they close in 15 minutes and to drive to Sydney. Considering there an emergency vet they aren’t very considerate of an emergency.

I cant thank Dr Julie enough, we had to transfer our unwell spoodle to ARH due to our own vet closing over the weekend and her care of our dog was nothing short of amazing!She ran extra tests and provided treatment that our own vet failed to do resulting in a very quick improvement over a short period for our dog.I can't recommend Dr Julie enough we are very thankful for all that she did for out dog.

Took my cat princess there last Saturday with a rare condition called pyometra. The vet was lovely and professional and thorough she confirmed the diagnosis by ultrasound and was kind enough to perform emergency surgery that afternoon and it's a complicated operation. Princess came home Sunday and is recovering well. They saved her life and I can't express my gratitude enough. ARH and green cross are the only vets I go to. I can't recommend them enough even called me regularly with updates. They go above and beyond and genuinely care for the animals.
