Professional shop front with good business presentation, but when it comes to results for a taxation lodgement, my experience was less than satisfactory. From the beginning of my experience I was told there would be a lot of time expected to get results. After many visits and collection of multiple documents I still found more consultation hours expected to gain a final result. This could be partly my responsibility due to poor cataloguing of my records.At the foremost of my concerns was the fact I was told by Ross Pino to cease using BAS for my sole trading business as this wasn’t necessary. After closing the BAS account with the ATO I was called weeks later by Ross Pino’s office and told by Ross him self I should reinstated the BAS as Ross had done some research and the BAS account is required.Ross went on leave and my tax return hadn’t been completed ready for submission. I was required to deal with Ross Pino’s brother to complete the tax return. With still work to complete my BAS I was sent a bill of $1200; which I found extreme in that my tax returns have never cost this much. My tax returns have always only cost a quarter of that cost to submit before or after seeing Ross Pino & Associates.Needless to say I haven’t gone back to use this accountant again as I found the cost prohibitive and the charges extraordinary.
