Pretty disappointing, walked in and wander around the store pretty lost and not one single person came up and said hi can I help you to us or if we needed a hand till after as were walking out and she’s helping someone else out. Then a women stood behind the counter smiling as if she had been there the whole time when they both were doing something else other than attending to customers.

Having recently received my Commonwealth Seniors Concession Health Card I noticed some chemists charge me $6.30 for scripts and some charge $7.30. Today I asked at Amcal Albury why the difference. I was advised if I wanted to only pay the $6.30 I would have to ask for the $1.00 discount. I thought providing my Concession card would have been a good indication I would like the discount. But apparently not. I think I will now just stick to the Chemists that only charge $6.30 for the PBS scripts without hesitation.
