We recently visited Leura and saw a design which I instantly fell in love with. I left the store with a promise of a quote early the next week. Unbeknown to me, my partner called and arranged for the ring to be made for my upcoming birthday. Not only did Ainsley and her team arrange for the ring to be made in time for my birthday, but the service was exceptional!! Thank you Ainsley for an amazing and gorgeous ring that I will cherish forever! We will definitely be back for more custom work in the future. I am inspired by her truly gorgeous designs and the beautiful gems and precious metals she uses - somehow, it makes life more beautiful. So impressed with this wonderful team, particularly Beck and Ainsley! The prong of a 30 year old diamond ring came off and I knew it wasn’t worth replacing the prong, so decided to reset it on the original band. The process was really enjoyable, as I described wanting a bezel with milgrain and an open basket setting. I was shown a couple of designs they had done and we were able to come up with something completely unique!I’m so pleased and know it has the craftsmanship to withstand another 30 years! ❤️

Whilst window shopping the beautiful Leura Village I noticed a signboard saying jewellery repairs by Ainsley and my wife has a beautiful heirloom ring that was split, so I walked in and Ainsley said she could repair it, within the hour! So after a lovely brunch at The Red Door up the street, we returned and the ring was not only repaired but it was polished and looked brand new! What a great service!
