Had a double procedure in day surgery and the staff, and especially the nurses, were the best. Thank you so very much for making my stay s little easier as going to hospital always causes a little anxiety. Cannot give them enough praise.

I recently had surgery here and was very impressed with my overall experience from pre admission through to discharge.All the staff from the cleaners to the staff doctors went out of their way to make my stay pleasant and there hard work and professionalism is as good as I've seen anywhere.I would have no hesitation in recommending this hospital!

Between us we have said goodbye to cataracts, two worn out knee joints, female stuff and a gall bladder so feel qualified to say we have NOT ONE negative comment to make about the care provided by every team member at this hospital. Thank you ALL for your commitment to excellence. You are very much appreciated and Port Macquarie is blessed to have you.

I had Surgery today, every member of Staff I met and dealt with was very professional and helpful, my Specialist Dr Rupert Snyman was also very good.I recommend this Hospital.

I recently took my elderly mother to Port Macquarie Private Hospital for Dental Treatment. This was a very distressing time as my mother has advanced dementia. The service provided by the hospital was outstanding. Lisa in administration was especially helpful from the start to finish. She was understanding, patient and professional throughout the entire process.

Have nothing but great things to say about the staff here. These guys take the cake and eat it to. They are the most professional team that I have ever experienced, kind and courteous. Have been here for a number of procedures, all are great staff, but one outstanding female nurse Chris from Sweedish background excels in her work with her patients care. Thanks for going that bit further and making my stay better.Keep up the good work guys and thanks! Dr Awad and team included.

I was a day patient there on Tuesday 9/3/22 under Dr Mark RomeroI would like to commend you on your wonderful staff, from the moment I entered the reception area I was welcomed by your professional yet friendly admin staff.Then into the admissions them what beautiful caring nurse who was only concerned about my well being, ensuring she knew all my medical facts, constantly checking on me as I had to sit a chair till a bed became available that did not bother me at all, this nurse made me feel like someone more than a patient checking on me to make sure I was ok..then I was interviewed by a very lovely anaesthetic nurse he was just so professional but also very friendly he took me into the pre op room explained everything to me and made me feel very comfortable, then Alison Burke My anaesthesist spoke with ensuring she knew all my medical facts and making sure I knew what was going to happen beautiful person.Then in comes my surgeon Mark Romero who gave me even more confidence in what was going to happen he is truly a lovely caring doctor.Finally I woke up in recovery where I was met by the most wonderful caring nurses checking on me regularly then I was finally in the last ward before going home and these nurses were just amazing nothing was a problem to them my needs were met by all of them. Recently returned home from foot correction surgery. I spent 3 & half days in rehab ward and wish to acknowledge the never ending hard work done by all nurses, physio’s, community services & cleaners! All were Kind, caring & cosiderate to each patient’s needs. Food was amazing and I felt in safe, professional care. Although run off their feet at times they always made time to chat, have a laugh & check in daily. Going back in 6 months for the other foot & feeling at ease knowing how well I’ll be looked after. Thanks everyone.
