Guilty Pleasure Platters

Brodie provides fantastic customer service and beautiful platters. Comparable in price with her competitors and her platters have a very special touch, making them a very thoughtful gift. We will definitely be using Guilty Pleasure Platters again!

I own a small business and don’t like leaving bad feedback but sometimes you need a reality check to make sure you don’t ruin other people’s plans or birthdays.Ordered a platter, never arrived, hit up the company and owner claimed medical episode. It was unlikely I would have ever been contacted or even know my $100+ platter wasn’t even going to arrive.Very disappointed as we have used these guys in the past and she does make a beautiful platter.

I really hate to give a poor review, but this really upset meI was in contact with Brodie last week ( Wednesday) via email, Facebook contact and phone. I spoke to her in regards to wanting a graze platter delivered to my friend who has just had a bub.She said no problem and that she would be in contact with me. I then needed to change the day for delivery but got no reply. I then rang on Saturday to ask about the day change and she had received my email which i sent on the Friday but didn't reply to it, said yes can be delivered Tuesday (which is actually today)Said she had an event on (the Saturday) and would contact me later that afternoon (the Saturday) heard nothing, no phone call, no email. Sunday being Father's day I didn't contact her. Monday morning tried calling. No answer. Sent a text message, nothing again. Tried calling again and again but no answer. Rang again this morning being the day that the platter should have been delivered and again no answer. Completely ghost me.I find it rude and disrespectful. If it was something that she was not able to do then a simple message would of been nice and I would have looked else where. I am in Melbourne so I don't know many places in Qld and she was recommended to me. However I will not be recommending.You don't just ignore a customer.Again i hate to leave this review but no one should be treated the way I have just been treated. I hope you fix your customer service.

Great service by Brodie! It made our day and the variety was fantastic. There was lots of food with plenty left over, look forward to our next order.
