If you book a trip with Tour De Vine, you’ll have a great time. As you reach to old gail you’ll be greeted by a gentleman named “Bernard” with broad smile on his face, you’ll know it’s going to be a great day.We booked a day tour just after boxing day, loved overall package, bicycle that they provided and the briefing given by Bernard.Highlight of this day tour Beechworth to Milawa definitely passing through rail trail and then exploring vastness of the area.Before lunch you’ll stop at Milawa cheese factory they have got wonderful cheese there, along your route there are several cellar door, you can purchase your favourite grapes and send message to Bernard he is super helpful and pick up your purchases.Thanks for providing us a great experience in Beechworth.

Disappointed. Not what we as a group of 10 believed to happen. Inexperienced guide who got us lost and biking on roads with trucks flying last at 100klms an hour. The accomodation started off really well and plummeted to old smelly rooms. A letter of complaint was sent to the company but they accepted no responsibility! We had the most wonderful time as a group but certainly paid too much. One of the group had just finished a bike ride in New Zealand and says there is no comparison. Anyway we won’t be using this company again. We have all just booked another ride next year with another company.

I did the Murray to Mountains Rail Trail guided tour in the beautiful Alpine region with two of my friends. The trail took us from Beechworth to Bright over 2 days. Our guide, Louis, was very friendly and knowledgeable. The trail itself was a great ride - very scenic and relaxing with only one slight incline. The tour was very well organised and great value for money. The eateries and wineries we were taken to were just divine - the food and wine was a gastronomical lover’s delight with great produce showcasing what the region has to offer. Such an amazing way to spend the weekend. We also met a great group of people. Would definitely do another one and would go back to this trail with my family.

We were blessed with good weather for the self-guided Beechworth to Bright cycling tour but the Tour De Vine consultants and “transporter” were very accommodating and flexible. The itinerary included lots of places to visit including wineries and local producers. The accommodation was pleasant and food was fabulous. Lunches and dinners were superb! We had a ball. We’re keen to book another tour.

Tour de Vines provided a great tour of the Beechworth area. Bernard set us up with everything we needed and provided a great introduction to the day including where to best look for wildlife and which vineyards were best for stops. Beautiful area with some very comfortable cycling. Recommended stops were all excellent but a heads up about the Milawa Cheese Factory stops; excellent cheese, terrible service. We were 15mins late and were refused a glass of water. Otherwise a great day out and would recommend to anyone interested in seeing more of the sights (drinking the wines!) from Beechworth and surrounds.

Great communication from the outset. Extremely good value. Hotel was central and comfortable. Vineyard tours were appropriate.The tour length was good however timings were difficult to make! Suggest a later lunch at Lowe's.Bike hire was OK - bikes a little heavy; modern hybrids would be better. Would recommend an eBike for the less fit members of the group. eazybikes mudgee have excellent value.

I took the SA guided tour through the Barossa, Claire and McClaren Vale regions which started with dinner at our hotel ( The Mayfair) in Adelaide on the 4th March 2021.I joined as a single rider with my own room with some apprehension about meeting and travelling with 10 strangers but all my concerns ended at dinner that first night at dinner.On arrival in Adelaide I was collected at the airport and taken to the Mayfair.From then on we were all i n Peter, the tour leader and minibus driver’s hands. Peter proved to be an excellent organiser, repairman and communicator. Everything went like clockwork.Meals and accomodation were excellent and certainly exceeded my expectations.Thoroughly recommended and excellent value.Mike Moffat

Our late booking was dealt with very quick and professionally. The ride itself was beautiful. Bicycles made it a breeze. Best day ever. Thnkx!

Where do I begin?! Mick is an amazingly accomodating and kind man with road skills and safety standards of the highest regard. Preemptory advice and explanations of the upcoming terrain and sites were automatic and very thorough...no surprises.Although the websites did not reflect accurately the distances involved Mick worked with our comfort zones the best he could...keeping the group cohesive yet allowing individuals to ride their best. We went with the anticipation of much longer rides than were indicated on the website. This should be corrected to reflect the actual rides. Having done numerous cycling tours I believe it would help to have support that can back up the main ride leader on the bike in cases of illness or injury.The accommodations were superb and I particularly liked the wonderfully innovative lodgings of the container hotel, Spring Bay Mill, and the surrounding wildlife and natural beauty there. This outstanding itinerary with the learned dissertations of the history, fauna and flora by Mick and Bernard brought richness to the experience. Unique locations everyday for lunch and after biking libations, which by the way, were extremely satisfying...the wines were 5 star for starters, sat us in the lap of luxurious pastures and mountain views! We received a T-shirt but for this 9 day excursion we were all in accord that a jersey would have been very well received....we'd love to ride those great memories on our backs!!
