Fitstop Helensvale

I’m so glad I found Fitstop Helensvale. Shaun (owner) has a passion for everyone building fitness into their everyday lives so you can do the things you want. The workouts are programmed by the head office so it’s not a random mix of stuff, thought actually goes behind the training. All the trainers have a positive and happy attitude that make you feel welcome. It’s easy to be consistent when you enjoy going there. Shout out to Matt for giving me that extra push, Tasar for having belief in me, and Alicia for inspiring me to get better at the air bike!

Matt is just amazing. Such a lovely guy that makes you feel cared for. I was lucky to discover Fitstop through my soccer club and would recommend anyone who is keen for a great group fitness session that accommodates all abilities and needs! Would recommend giving it a go!

Alongside enjoyable workouts is a community of members and trainers that uplift and encourage everyone that steps foot through the door, and I'm so beyond grateful that I've been able to call this place 'second home' for the last six months. I have been working out this gym for around a year now and the facilities are top-notch, with modern equipment and a clean and spacious environment. The staff are friendly and knowledgeable, always willing to lend a helping hand and provide guidance on how to best achieve my fitness goals.One of the things I appreciate most about this gym is the sense of community. Everyone who works out here is friendly and supportive, and I feel motivated and encouraged to push myself to my limits. The classes are also fantastic, with a wide variety of options to choose from that cater to all fitness levels.Overall, I would highly recommend this gym to anyone looking to improve their fitness and overall health. The facilities, staff, and community are all top-notch, and I always leave feeling energized and accomplished after a great workout. Thank you for providing such a wonderful gym experience!

This gym is the best! I have been around many different gyms in my lifetime but Fitstop Helensvale is truly something special. From the trainers to the members - they are all encouraging, supportive, welcoming and positive. Every work out is fun and varied, I have been challenged and pushed in all the right ways and as a result I am thriving in every aspect of my life thanks to this place.

Joined at the beginning of the year and absolutely loving it.Matt and his team have created an incredibly welcoming, supportive and fun environment. The trainers are super knowledgeable and take form and safety seriously. I was a member of an alternative group fitness gym for the last 4 years and there is absolutely no comparison!
