Castle Rock Farm

My partner and myself are originally from Belgium. We did travel the world and experienced plenty of different accommodations. Castle rock farm is definitely in the top 3! One of our best experience so far! John and Helen( the hosts) are amazing and they always spoil of with the fruits from their farm! (Changing with the season). We have been there twice and I can't wait to go back again and explore that beautiful area!I highly recommend it!!

This gorgeous place, the attention to detail and stunning wood craftsmanship in the chalet, the beautiful bespoke furniture, comfy bed and elegant decorative pieces simply took our breath away.It was even difficult to choose which plate or cup to use because it was ALL so beautiful. Thank you John and Helen for the wonderful stay!

We recenty stayed over a weekend with our 6 children. Absolutely a beautiful place to stay.Our children didn't want to leave they enjoyed themselves so much.John & Helen are so kind and friendly. They made us feel so welcome. Highly recommend visiting them. We will be going back again soon.

Helen and John will make you feel at home away from home.Cant go wrong with this place for a overnighter or a week long get away. The hospitality we received was second to none. The grounds are kept neat and tidy with wood supplied free of charge for the outside camp fire. Beautiful rainforest with an abundance of wild life. The kids had fun cracking coconuts and stoking the fire. There's plenty of space for kids to ride around on bikes if we had them with us. Walking through their many fruit and avo trees had to do this time around.30min easy cruise to Yeppoon for shops or 2min drive down the road to a great cafe that does breakfast/ lunch and espresso coffee.

Sustainable rainforest glamping nestled in Byfield National Park. Castle Rock Farm is paradise - the swags are so comfy and everything is provided including an immaculate kitchen with fridges and stoves and a dining area under the rainforest canopy lit with hundreds of fairy lights.

My family and I stayed in the main house at Castle Rock Farm just recently. The home was so beautifully styled and immaculately clean. We stayed only two nights and to say I was sad to leave would be an understatement. Using the outdoor shower off the main bedroom was such a treat, with sounds of the running stream and rain forest birds. John our host met us as we arrived and showed us around the house and gave us some suggestions on what to see around the property. He was so lovely and had my husband and I laughing like we had known him a long time. 100% will travel again to stay. The photos advertised do not give this home justice!

Amazing stay, beautiful accomodation, lovely to stroll through the fruit trees. Great proximity to all that Byfield has to offer. Hosts are fantastic and very accomodating. Will be back!!

My family and I absolutely loved our time staying at Castle Rock Farm. What a little Gem. Such a relaxing peaceful environment to come back to after a day out exploring the area. From 9 mile beach and 5 rocks to the beautiful clear waters of Stony Creek. A visit to the Nob Creek Pottery Shop, and a day trip to Great Kepple Island (a must)! Then to come back and stroll around the orchids on the Farm listening to all the birds chirping. Our 3 nights felt like a week of complete bliss. We will definitely be back. John and Helen are wonderful hosts, thank you for having us.

My husband and I enjoyed a long weekend away here. We are leaving feeling refreshed, reconnected and joyful. We had the pleasure of having Tammy and Mark as our hosts and they were truly magical. When we first arrived they has picked us some fresh fruit and herbs to use throughout our stay. They ensured we has everything we needed and more. They were happy to keep us company if we were lonely and allowed us our space when we wanted to relax. This space was incredible, we especially loved the camp kitchen, fire and outdoor shower. This is our new favorite spot, we are counting down when we can go back next!
