Terrible service. The woman on the phone got into an argument with me, hung up on me twice, and refused to cancel my storage unit. I later received a receipt from the company for a charge I never authorised and an email encouraging me to share my positive experiences" on Google maps. Well here I am

Disgraceful that this company is making people pay for days of storage they don't need.

Friendly staff and helpful. Not the cheapest for storage long-term but if you're in a bit of a pickle it's exactly what the title says - storage!

I found the staff the be very helpful and friendly, the locker itself was also very easy to access at all hours. Highly recommend!

I would give this place 0 stars as if it were possible what a dump. staff are terrible , rude and unhelpful. Who has a storage facility which is unaccessible 4 times after 8 p.m. ?? You should be able to access your belongings in your storage shed 24/7 like other places offer ?? Dodgy if you ask me ....wouldn't be using this place again

My very dear friend Simran Barretto was treated poorly by the staff of this company. The person, whom I shall not name, had no sense of politeness or basic courtesy while dealing with Ms. Simran on the phone. Funds have been deducted without proper receipts and reasoning, and there is no way to reach out for help for the same.Definitely not my Faye-vourite company to deal with in Adelaide

Three stars... 1 for the service at the beginning, 1 for the price and 1 for the quality of the facility... But then it went downhill from here.. I don't like to leave negative feedback but the service i've received recently has been unprofessional and disorganised. I think its only a small number of staff that just seem not to care about customer service. No apologies for stuffing me around and took months to solve an issue which in the end, resulted me to move out.. I'd only use Hindmarsh again if it was a last resort.edit- changed it to two. After re-reading this, It was way too generous. Sorry guys! You let me down!
