I was quoted and charged for a new replacement panel but my car was returned with the old panel patched up. Very unprofessional! Even though I was a repeat customer and had recommended them in the past, this time they tried to rip me off and only did what I had paid for when I called them on it! I no longer trust them and they won't be touching up" my car or the cars of my family and friends ever again! Very

Mitch from Touch Up Guys Frankston did a great job repairing my mother in law's bumper which was scraped and scratched. Very convenient mobile service completed in my garage in Caulfield South. Color matched perfectly on a silver Kia.

I could barely drive my car after my accident due to bumper damage and a few places said it needed a panel beaters for repair . Roland came out to my home the next morning after email contact and said to bring it into his seaford workshop - by 4pm the same day the car was as good as pre accident ( how they did it - I don’t know but I’m so grateful they took such good care of me and It was cheaper than going through my insurance too).Thanks Touch Up Team - great job getting my family back on the road - I really appreciate it !

My car got scratched at the back and this person who was responsible for the damage referred me to this place.Got my car fixed but they were not willing to organise a taxi ride for the car pick-up, even though it was not an at-fault claim. Said they might be able to do a drop-off of the car at my place free of charge but I thought it was sketchy as “how could a company not bothered to do a taxi fee rebate be nice enough to do a drop-off for free?” Eventually decided to organise the taxi myself.Service-wise nothing to complain about, decent job. Just need to back up a little bit on customer services.

Normally when one has to lay out money for repairs it's a sad day but our experience with Roland was great. He came out on a Wednesday and as we don't drive far or know where we are going, Roland picked up our car Thursday morning and it was returned to us Friday. We needed a new bumper and tail light. He called Friday morning as he discovered he needed a bracket to complete the fitting and was concerned he may not have it back on time. He was half an hour later than said time but I had told him not to rush..but he did so he could have it back to us. Great service! Car looks like new and we can't thank Roland enough for his professional and courteous service and fair pricing.

I’m so impressed by Roland from The Touch Up Guys. He went above and beyond to fix the scratches on my new car. I couldn’t have hoped to meet such a lovely and generous person. I can’t recommend him more highly! If your car is looking a bit worse for wear he will make it shine !
