Was always a breeze getting my broken/damaged jewellery replaced however apparently they have a new manager. I waited over an hour in store while they called their boss while she was on leave just to tell me they can’t replace it because they’ve just changed their policy. A fortnight later I was in Brisbane and visited a store there. Was in store for less than 2 minutes and walked away with my ring replaced. Very disappointed :(

My bracelet clasp had broken and lost 3 charms. Pandora replaced the bracelets and the lost charms! They also told me to come in for cleanings so they could see if anything was broken or scratched. Excellent service! Very thankful!
