FixBox Phone Repairs Margaret River

I went to FixBox Margaret River this morning and the service was awesome. Swift, friendly and helpful. Thank you so much.

I was in town for only a short amount of time. Had a problem with sand in my charging port of iPhone 11. The service was excellent and they rectified it immediately, without fuss for a small cost. Helped my piece of mind, as I was facing being unable to charge my phone on holiday.If you were a local it would be the only place to go. Thank you.

Did a quick repair on my phones charging port. They did it really quickly and provided great service.

Had an issue getting my phone to charge, turned out to be a a build up of dust in the port, thanks for clearing it out for me. This place has always been friendly and helpful.

I have actually used fix box Margaret River multiple times and never had an issue. Previous guy that used to work there was brilliant. With 4 kids we have had a handful of broken devices. I think this is my 5th time using them. Unfortunately my experience today has made me give this review. I brought in my daughters iPad at 9.30 on today and had asked if it would be fixed today which the 2 boys said about 2 hours. I hadn’t seen either of these staff before but was happy that it would be fixed as we needed it over the weekend and it wasn’t in the worst condition. However I went back at 1.30-2pm as I hadn’t heard to be rudely told that it won’t be fixed till Monday as they are ‘too busy’. I expressed that if I was told this originally I wouldn’t have put the iPad in till next week. If I hadn’t had gone in I wouldn’t have even received a call to even tell me and the care factor from the staff was appalling. Once the iPad is fixed, any other broken screens i won’t be coming back here. Happy to drive further.

Unfriendly staff. Poor quality and not flexible. Talked to the owner as well and it’s not satisfactory at all. Don’t go there

Would give 0 stars if it was possible. Went there to fix a phone screen at 9am, the guy told us 30mins for it to be fixed and after 30 minutes he kept saying 10 more minutes and we ended up waiting 2 hours for a screen that he said would be replaced in 30 minutes. Blunt, rude customer service too. Terrible communication.

Absolute amazing service! Got my phone repaired yesterday, couldn’t be happier! Quick and easy and extremely affordable. Will go back again if needed! Thanks guys
