Excellent service and delivery, instructions for assembly were accurate and the best I have ever seen. Great product, highly recommend them.

Shed came in a kit form with instructions which proved helpful but was not specific to this model. As a result it took much longer to assemble than otherwise. Alignment of panels is tricky as metal panels spring out of shape just enough to really require a 2nd person to help and requires a good deal of patients to line up holes to thread screws in straight. Some panels are not clearly marked to know which side is up so don't assume.

To be fair - I haven't opened the carports or built them but this review is for the delivery and management which has left me seriously unimpressed.I made clear from first stages of ordering that as a health professional I do not work from home and am not available to wait around for deliveries and would require delivery to be on a Friday so I could ensure the items (large, obviously) would be placed in an area suitable to be left until the time of the build. I was assured this was not an issue and would be complied with.I suddenly receive an email yesterday (a Wednesday) saying my goods are en route for delivery and will arrive within the hour - when I am at work. I called very quickly to explain this was unacceptable and a Friday - any Friday, there is no rush- was required - the phone operator said this would be handled and then next thing I receive further notice my items have been left. By this time I am with clients and completely unable to follow up further. When I got home late last night I discovered the items - approx 1x1x 3 m, and heavy, have been left in the middle of the front yard!!!As a recent widow I do not have anyone easily available and will not be able to move these myself so I really have no idea how I'm going to get these out of the way until such a time as the carport build can occur.It's really not that hard to follow delivery instructions and completely unacceptable under any circumstances - most especially when the delivery charge is $450!!!Not impressed.

Quick delivery and easy to put up

This shed was on sale and priced very competitively. Being Australian made the quality was far in excess of some imported sheds I saw. The instructions were written in understandable English and easy to follow with good diagrams. Delivery was on time. One of the best on line purchases I have made. I recommend this company and will use them again.
