Very disappointed. Went in for booster shot 10 minutes early, the male receptionist messed up my booking, seemingly forgot to register my arrival. 20 minutes after scheduled appointment time I see people being admitted who are scheduled after me and I ask why and finally they let me in. Then the guy who is about to inject me has someone else’s date of birth and a different surname and finally asks when was your appointment meant to be?? Great. Then if that’s not enough to inspire confidence, afterwards we are meant to be observed for 15 minutes by a staff member to ensure we don't have a bad reaction, but instead they tell us to go sit outside on the nature strip with no staff, the door closed and the blinds down. What are we supposed to do if something happens to one of the 5, mostly elderly patients out on the nature strip? Are the patients just meant to take care of each other and hope for the best? Very unprofessional clown show, will not be returning.

Got both vaccines here - nurses where great, really friendly and answered any questions. On my second vaccine visit they also had a therapy dog in the waiting room, which made me feel so much more comfortable! The dog made me feel so relaxed and I think this will probably make me change GPS to come here all the time.

Very clean, amazing doctors and nurses.

I got my vaccines at Ripponlea. The staff is really caring, and called prior to my first dose if I’d filled in the online forms to make it easier to get the first dose.Nurses are great as well and the entire process for both jabs was pretty seamless.The clinic is much cleaner and comfortable than my regular GP

I have been seeing Dr Josephine Samuel-King for a few years now. I have been very happy with the service provided. She is very thorough, very easy to talk to and listens to all my concerns. I have great confidence in her helping me to manage the long term condition I have.

The team are lovely people with great understanding and care. Dr. Kate was kind & relatable, made me feel listened to and valued.Not a rush rush practice... hence why they run a little late. Worth it!

Wonderful experience at Ripponlea Medical this morning. The gentleman at reception was so helpful (we asked a lot of questions) and they managed to squeeze me in for my booster after my daughter’s gp appointment. We saw dr Linda and she was fabulous and thorough. Will definitely be making ripponlea medical our local gp from now on.

Dr Josephine Samuel King is an excellent GP. The staff are always friendly and I’m so glad I was referred here, to Dr Jo.
