Denell Transport

I ordered some stuff from Newcastle and the retailer organised Danlle transport to deliver the goods , full amount of the goods and freight was paid to the retailer which I have confirmed that the freight cost has been paid to Danell transport by the retailer. However Danlle transport keeps sending me invoices for the freight cost however the amount is significantly higher and the dates are incorrect. I have tried to phone them on several occasions but they have never answer the phone or returned my calls , however about this is to be expected as when i was attempting to pick up my stuff they did not answer my calls return my calls and lost my items for approximately 2 1/2 Weeks I made several attempts to try and pick up my items however there was no one around and on one occasion I was told that the items are out in the open and no one would be there but I could come past and pick them up I went there but was unable to find my stuff . Eventually I went there one morning and waited for about an hour as they had not opened on time and was able to locate my stuff by going through their Warehouse myself it would have been significantly cheaper and a lot quicker to just drive to Newcastle and pick up the stuff in person do not use denells transport there are other options.
