The customer service experience has been horrific. Sat on hold for 2.5hrs then recieved no answer so hung up. My kitchen appliance cost almost $2000 and is fully covered by warranty however will hardly turn on and it is almost impossible to reach the team. When I finally did I was given the wrong place to go to for a service repair?! Not sure why they have a warranty if we can't get a replacement on something we use every day that wont even turn on.

Purchase the most expensive coffee machine in the lineup and it leaks…Very inconvenient to have to return the machine back to the place of purchase at Harvey Norman… de longhi can’t do anything to replace it even though it comes with 24 month manufacturers warranty…. I recommend you buy a different brand.

I was blown away by Megan from the Delonghi Product Support Team. In all my interactions with her, both on the phone and via email, she was not only friendly, kind and understanding, but she also resolved my problem very swiftly, and was extremely timely in her responses. Great job Megan!

I bought a toaster a few weeks ago. Tried to register the product for warranty online with no success. I called the helpline. No success. I left an email message. Confirmation received but still no call back. I hope the toaster survives past it’s warranty as there’s no after sale care by the looks of it.

Purchased a Primadonna Soul coffee machine 9 months ago for $2,500. The machine has started displaying the message “Machine Cooling Fault”. I contacted Delonghi Australia and they took 5 days to tell me to take it to their service agent in Bibra Lake which is a 1.5 hour drive from me! We went into Harvey Norman, Joondalup where we purchased it, and HN advise that De’Longhi won’t let them exchange faulty machines for a new, replacement! I WILL NEVER, EVER PURCHASE ANOTHER DE’LONGHI PRODUCT EVER AGAIN!!!!!!

Dear Delonghi,You have completely disappoint me with your service and expertise.Dear consumers,Beware, be watchful and be mindful of your Delonghi purchases as you might end up like me spending hundreds on a faulty product which Delonghi so called “experts” says it’s working perfectly fine.I’ve bought online 2 units of dehumidifier Tasciugo AriaDry Pure (DDSX220WF), which one of it not showing the filter display (as per manual booklet, filter is displayed to show that it is filtering the air in the room). Delonghi is telling me otherwise. I cannot compute how it is working fine when I have also bought the same machine from Harvey Norman 2 months earlier and filter icon is also displayed as well. It’s very obvious that this faulty machine has some error at manufacture stage where the filter preset is missed out.It has been a long 5 months, out of which where their appointed service agent hold on to the machine for a good 3 months only to return back saying no fault and machine was assembled back with a bad job (wobbly wheels). Hope no one will go through the same experience as me!!

Bought a machine 5 months ago, it stopped working properly, have now taken it to the repair people 2 times and am about to take it back a third time. I just picked it up an hour ago. They keep telling me it’s fixed…….it absolutely is not. Would NOT recomend this brand to ANYONE

Very good. Unpacked a new expresso machine ...been in storage for two years...missing a part. Parts dept , just no questions asked, posted out the whole assembly no charge.Could not ask for more if i tried. Excellent p r.

Today friday 11.40 am 9/06/23 I called Delongi customer service to ask the problem i have with one of my delongi appliances and she was abrupt, and has no clue she didnt know how to help me , she kept telling me to read the manual, young lady please have some manners thank you, thank god i called harvey norman and the gave me the perfect advice they have more knowledge , mr delongi company please teach your customer service people correctly , thank you for listening..
