trying to get someone to answer there phone is a joke .you be in a q for 15 minutes and finally get to position one and the next announcement you in position 4 again and that keeps going on and on.Finaly you think you made it and the announcement is you in position 3 again and that after 22 minutes. Telstra is even better than they, so forget it I go and get my referral back. They have to do better than that. I give up now after 32 minutes and endless push backs this Radiology is a joke.

I was helped by Rose this morning who was extremely gentle and took time to explain everything and gave me opportunities to ask questions and decline anything I was uncomfortable with. She has a fantastic bedside manner and made me feel safe during an uncomfortable procedure. I wish all healthcare staff were like her!

Had to have MRI done there yesterday. Very professional but super friendly. All staff knew there job well. So much kindness shown to myself and others from the front desk onwards. Made a difficult procedure for me so easy. Thank you to all involved. Your kindness was appreciated.

I had to take my own hoist and carer and was transferred in an area that had NO privacy and was a public/through fare. I was left feeling discriminated against because I couldn't walk, embarrassed, violated and venerable. The fact that I had to use /transport my own hoist - come on! look at what you do

As much as you can love a radiology business. Having on,one records is a good step forward. The home page though is not all that user friendly. Look to the right hand of the screen to get image results.

Kind and warm reception staff, both the radiographer and sonographer were pleasant and gentle in their approach.

Could not proceed with my appointment because I was 4mins late (that included COVID sign in, and waiting in line for the receptionist). There was no parking in the available in the area had to walk from a completely different car park. But they could fit me in later that day. So what is 4mins? So keep in mind that you need to park to add an extra 10mins of walking time for an appointment here, and another 5-10min Incase there is a line. Called up to cancel the afternoon appointment because I have a doctors appointment and didn’t want to miss another appointment but 4mins, and the receptionist hung up the phone before I could make another appointment for the week after and in the afternoon as I work nights and attended this morning appointment thinking it was the only one available, to find out that there was two more afternoon appointment available.

I have attended this practice several times for support in relation to knee and hip replacements. It is across the road from my Doctor so really handy. On entry the reception is clean and organised, plenty of seating room. You are welcomed by friendly staff who get you organised quick smart. I have been fortunate on several ocassions being slotted in within 15 minutes of arrival without an appointment. The Technicians are awesome, very professional and knowledgeable and with modern technology they assure you that the Dr or specialist will get well developed images to work from. If you have internet access you are given a user ID number and can select you own password so that you can go online, have a look at your images and also the report. I found this great as I could google information I didnt understand so I could make some informed questions to ask my Specialist on the visit. A very professional outfit and I highly recommend their servises

Great staff who are patient and friendly. Fast service. They make conversation to distract you during the procedure!
