What fantastic experience with Vincent/Stephanie and team at Wamada. He was extremely helpful throughout the sales process of my first timepiece – Grand Seiko. He was able to offer the best price I could find. I would look at buying from them again without hesitation.

I had a specific watch in mind, I contacted the team and got a response even after hours, the watch was in their Chatswood store. The next day the team went over and above to get the watch to the Haymarket store for me to collect that afternoon. They resized the steel bracelet for me in house. Perfect experience with amazing customer service. Highly recommend!

Vincent at Wamada has gone above and beyond to acquire two sort after watches for my wife and I. It seemed like it couldn't be done by many other shops but he persevered and even managed to get it all sorted in time for my wife's birthday. He kept us up to date on the progress of the order and shipped them as soon as they came into the country. We are both very grateful and utterly besotted by our stunning time pieces. Not just a jewellery store with a comprehensive range but a place with great service and caring staff.

Vincent and his staff were impeccable and very professional; I had the opportunity to purchase a time piece on behalf a very dear friend and was quite taken aback with the genuine service of which is on the very same level as the swiss retailers in Sydney’s CBD. They were delighted to share which watches were recommended even above my budget to ensure I was presented with a good range and was able to secure quite a good deal and had the watch in my possession in the same transaction. I will be returning to see Wamada and their staff on the next purchase of a grand Seiko.

Vincent is just amazing!!! I have been looking for an Oris Aquis 41.5mm blue dial for a while. I contacted Wamada regarding the watch. Vincent gave a quick response, and not only did he let me stay within my budget by offering a great price on the watch, but he also shipped the watch the same day that I placed the order, and it reached me the very next day. I am blown away by the customer service provided by Vincent. It is second to none. I will definitely be buying another watch from him again.

I’ve been eyeing a watch for years and enquired a few times prior at Wamada. Each time they were super welcoming and not pushy at all. It’s one of the few watch stores which make you feel very comfortable when making a considered purchase.The whole team both online and in person were amazingly friendly and gave me the best service.I am very happy to have purchased my new Grand Seiko watch from them and keen to buy more when the time is right!Highly recommended to anybody who wants both quality service and awesome watches!
