We were very disappointed with this real estate in the 3 months we were signed to them 1 month we didn't hear from them at all, the rest of the time they constantly brought through people to see our house who didn't have the funds in the price range we wanted. When the 3 months were up we cancelled our contract , only to be hit with a bill for a administration contribution of $1,500 that they put in the contract without our knowledge. Be aware and read your contract look for things on there that aren't shown or discussed before signing as you can be easily mislead. Trust me they can win you over with there charm. After cancelling with them we signed with Upside Reality and sold our house in the first week.

DO NOT LET THEM MANAGE YOUR RENTAL PROPERTY.IF I COULD GIVE ZERO STARS I WOULD.We had our property managed by this agent since November 2017. In June 2018 when the old manager let things started to spiral downhill. We required a maintenance item every 3 months to meet the terms of our home insurance but despite asking every month for 8 months this was not done. Finally after 9 months and the threat of legal action they finally had it done. We were then quoted for a repair and gave the quote the go ahead only to be charged an extra $150 on top without our knowledge. We have just found out that they also have not paid our land rates since November last Year. We have since left this agency for another agent who actually listens to the Property Owner.LIST WITH THIS AGENT AT YOUR OWN RISK

Absolutely disgraceful. Make mistakes, cost you money, make decisions as they please...and renew leases when they feel like.Will take 0 responsibility and ignore all emails if they are at fault. Will not respond to proof of their mistakes. A horrible act all over.

Attempted to enquire about properties recently, front receptionist could not have been any ruder if she tried, completely fobbed myself and partner off. Without any knowledge about us, or our circumstances she instantly literally laughed at us and said “it’s almost impossible out there at the moment, good luck”. Funnily enough Glenmore Park Realty next door were excellent. Would not recommend just based off this experience.
